Around the School

As I mentioned in the Introduction, one of the most enjoyable experiences for the kids is to let them choose their specimen. Have them go into the school yard with a collecting dish and have them find insects, rocks, plants, etc. The kids also have fun examining each other’s samples and learn a lot by doing so.
